The Caregivers/Teachers we employ are hired for their experience, passion and education in Early Childhood Development. All staff and volunteers in our center must be cleared through MDHHS Central Registry Clearance (for child abuse and neglect) as well as Annual ICHAT (Internet Criminal History Access Tool) Criminal Background Checks. Each staff must be First Aid & CPR certified to work in our center and attend training throughout the year in addition to Michigan Adult and Child Care Licensing regulation’s 12 hours of training.
The staff will work with parents to encourage social, emotional and physical development of your child(ren). Parent-Teacher partnership is essential for the success of this program. Daily communication between parents and staff is important to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Alphabet Soup is continually growing and seeking experienced individuals who have a passion for early childhood development. We encourage creative, exciting and dependable individuals who have the ability to multitask, physically able to get on the floor and interact on the child’s level, knowledgeable of the Creative Curriculum and willing to train and attend training to further their knowledge in early childhood.
